One of the newest members of our church family, Rick Savoia, is a highly experienced yoga instructor. He has years of experience running yoga classes in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and now brings his unique blend of Brazilian warmth and humour, his passion to help people and his formal yoga training to us!

The class will be focussed on breath exercises, stretching and strength techniques and a special cool down and relaxation/meditation at the end.

All abilities and experience welcome.

Bring your own mat, your sense of humour, and even a friend!

Do you want to raise happy, healthy, confident, secure children?

All parents feel lost at times about what their child might need from them. Imagine what it might feel like if you were able to make sense of what your child was really asking from you.

Circle of Security is a weekly program that will provide you with a richer understanding of your child’s emotional world by:
Learning to read your child’s emotional needs, supporting your child’s ability to successfully manage emotions, enhancing the development of your child’s self-esteem, honouring your innate wisdom and desire for your child to be secure.

How long does the program go for?
Circle of Security is a program set out over 8 weeks, meeting 2 hours per week.

Who can attend?
It’s an adult only program for the parents of babies, toddlers and children up to 8 years.

Calling all musicians, magicians and performers for our second soiree to be held at the church. This is a night where all comers are welcome, whether you are a beginner or professional, or somewhere in between – anyone who participates gets one shot, one chance, to perform for us all. Individuals and groups are welcome.
